VagiFit® vaginal cones set
It consists of a set of 5 vaginal tampon-shaped cones.
Features : -
- These vaginal cones are not sterile.
- Reusable.
- All cones are the same size but different weight and color.
- Its use is intended for the formation of the pelvic floor, known by its inventor Arnold H. Kegel (urologist, 1894-1981) as Kegel exercises.
- If the cones are inserted into the vagina, the pelvic floor must contract the muscles around the cone so that it does not fall out of the vagina.

- To test the remaining strength of the pelvic floor muscles.
Benefits :
- The rehabilitation method can be easily learned.
- Exercises requiring only 2 x 15 minutes a day can be conveniently integrated into the daily routine at home.
- High success rates among incontinent women after 4 weeks of exercise.
- Postpartum rehabilitation with the cone prevents prolapse and incontinence problems and helps avoid surgical interventions.
