Function:

• Exercises that strengthen the leg muscles, specifically the gluteal, quadriceps, hamstring and calf muscles) while improving leg mobility .

Use:

• Sitting on the seat with your back against the backrest, place your feet on the footrests. Push your legs against the footrests to move the seat away until your legs are almost fully extended. Then bend your legs to come back. Perform the leg extension and flexion exercises successively and very slowly to always work against resistance. Perform several repetitions.
