Characteristics:

• Main post made of steel tube Ø140x3mm. Round tube moving parts Ø60x2.75mm. Device with internal stops to limit the range of rubber movement.
• Element for concrete installation in accordance with standard EN16630, ideal for urban gyms in public parks.

< b>Function:

• Strengthens the oblique abdominal muscles. Improves balance, trunk and hip mobility, and cardiorespiratory endurance.

Use:

•  Grip with both hands the handholds and stand on the running board. Hold on tight as you climb and make sure you have your balance before starting the movement. With your legs together, perform a pendulum movement, alternating left and right. Do sessions lasting several minutes.
