Characteristics:

• Element with four ruffles, arranged at two different heights.
• Main post made of steel tube Ø140x3mm. Curved steering wheel support tube of Ø60x2.75mm.
• Tube steering wheels of Ø32x2.5mm and Ø22x2mm. Device with internal stops to limit the range of rubber movement.
• Element for concrete installation in accordance with standard EN16630, ideal for urban gyms in public parks.

• Improves the agility of the shoulder, elbow and wrist joints.

• Stand in front of two steering wheels of the same height and hold a knob in each hand. Turn the wheels slowly, alternating after several turns.
