Function:

• Strengthens the muscles of the legs (quadriceps, hamstrings and calves) and buttocks, the muscles of the trunk (back, abdominals, pectorals), shoulders and arms. At the same time, it improves mobility and cardiorespiratory endurance.

Usage:

• Stand on the stirrups and grasp the handles of the moving bars with both hands. Perform the elliptical movement with the help of your arms and legs, as if you were walking, alternating left and right. Do sessions lasting several minutes.
