The rudder

Characteristics:

• Element with two rudders at different heights. Main post made of steel tube Ø140x3mm. Ø32x2.5mm and Ø22x2mm tube rudders. Device with internal stops to limit the range of rubber movement.
• Element for concrete installation in accordance with standard EN16630, ideal for urban gyms in public parks.

< b>Function:

• Improves joint mobility of shoulders, elbows and wrists.

Use:< /p>

• 1. Stand in front of a rudder and turn it with both hands, alternating after several turns the direction of the turn.
• 2. Stand with your body in a 90º position with respect to the apparatus. Move forward the opposite leg of the hand that will grip the rudder knob. Make a circular movement with your arm, alternating after several turns the direction of rotation. Then switch sides and do the turns with the other arm.
