Usage:

• Sitting on the seat, place your feet on the pedals and grasp the handles with both hands. By bending your arms and extending your legs, stretch the bar with your hands towards you, while pushing the pedals forward with your feet. Slowly reverse the return movement. Perform several repetitions.
