The bars

Characteristics:

• Steel tube central post Ø140x3mm. Tube of the parallel bars of Ø42x2.5mm.
• Element for concrete installation in accordance with the EN16630 standard, ideal for urban gyms in public parks.

Function :

• Strengthens the muscles of the upper part of the body, mainly trunk, chest area, back and arms.

Use :

• Support your hands on the two bars, raising your body and remaining suspended above the ground. Through the flexion and extension of the arms, descend a little without exceeding 90º of flexion of the elbows and go back up again. Perform several repetitions.

• Consult your doctor before performing this exercise. Avoid excessive effort while using the equipment.
