Characteristics:

• Parallel bars made of Ø50x3mm steel tube, galvanized steel with subsequent polyester powder paint and oven dried.
• The bars can be installed pe on sand, grass, cushioning rubber flooring or others according to EN16630. Ideal for gyms, public parks, green spaces and beaches.

Function:

• Strengthens the muscles of the upper part of the body, mainly trunk, chest area, back and arms.

Use:

• 1. Rest your hands on the two bars, raising your body and being suspended above the ground. Through the flexion and extension of the arms, lower yourself towards the ground and rise again, without exceeding 90º of flexion of the elbows.
• 2. Stand in the middle of the bars suspended in the air and holding one in each hand. Torso upright with eyes forward, extend the legs bringing the feet up, forming an "L" with the body with the legs parallel to the ground.
