Usage:

• Grasp the bar with both hands horizontal and stand on the stirrups. Make sure you are balanced before you begin the movement. Keeping your back straight, move one leg forward and the other leg back at the same time. Alternate the legs in a homogeneous rhythm, simulating the movement of walking. Let the legs swing naturally. You can adjust the effort by regulating the amplitude and frequency of the oscillation. Do sessions lasting several minutes.
