Reinforced mattress new 200 x 100 x 5cm density 20 (fireproof cover with corner pieces and handles)

Product characteristics:

• Mattress covered by a first class flame retardant PVC laminated canvas.
• Two-sided lacquered whose approximate weight would be 618grs m2.
• Formed by polyurethane foam with a density of 20 or 26Kgs / m3 or, failing that, agglomerate sheets of 100, 150 and 200Kg / m3.
• The values of said sheath would be: warp tension 230 daN / 5 cm, warp tear 25 daN and weft tear 20 daN, adhesion 10 daN / 5 cm.
• It has double seams made on the inside of the cover, leaving the outside free of any harmful point.
• The closure of the same is carried out by means of a security zipper protected by a double flap at a length and a width of the mat itself.
• It includes reinforcements in the corners, metal eyelets for air outlet and removable handles for easy portability.
• The use of the mat can be done from both sides.
