Characteristics:

Usage:

• With your arms straight, place your hands on the bar at chest height. Raise your trunk, keeping your balance with your hands and the balls of your feet on the ground. Keep your body in as straight a line as possible from heel to head. Bend your elbows until your chest touches the bar or your elbows reach 90° flexion and extend them again to return to your starting position.
