Characteristics:

• Made of cold galvanized steel, painted in polyester powder and dried in the oven. Bars where the activity takes place in round steel tube Ø50x3mm. Galvanized steel screws, hidden by nylon plugs that prevent their manipulation.
• Trainingbox low parallel bars are made up of two curved parallel bars 1.00 m long placed at a height of 0.25 m and at a distance of 0.60 m between them. Including basic proposal on the exercises to be performed in the element, represented with a pictogram.

Function:

• Demanding exercises of strength, balance and body stability in which the muscles are involved of the upper body. It mainly strengthens the muscles of the trunk, chest area, back and arms.

Use:

• 1. Front plate. Lie on your stomach grasping both bars with your hands, while keeping your arms extended. Keeping your core stable, try to lift your feet off the ground and maintain your balance.
• 2. Vertical. Lie on your stomach holding both bars with your hands, while trying to balance in a vertical position with respect to the ground.

Caution:

• Consult your doctor before performing this exercise. Avoid excessive effort while using the equipment.
