Characteristics:

• The 1.98m long Trainingbox horizontal snake ladder is made up of posts joined by a crossbar and curved bars on the two sides of the crossbar. Including a basic proposal on the exercises to be carried out in the element, represented with a pictogram.

Function:

• Exercises demanding strength and coordination in which the muscles of the upper hemisphere are involved of the body. Strengthens the muscles of the trunk, arms and forearms.

Usage:

• Get into a suspended position, holding onto the bars with your hands from one end. With the help of the body swing, extend one of your arms to grab the next bar of the snake ladder. Repeat the movement alternating the arms and completing the route. The curved shape of the bars in semicircles allows different positions for the hands as well as performing the exercise advancing forward or advancing laterally, even crossing the arms.
