Flexvit Mini

Thanks to their composition, the Flexvit Mini makes them unique, pleasant to contact with the skin and suitable for allergy sufferers. In addition, unlike other brands and models of elastic bands, the Flexvit can be washed in the washing machine.

The FLEXVIT Mini Bands are 32 x 6 cm in size and roll up, a feature that takes up little space. They are ideal for use in:

• Rehabilitation rooms.
• To carry out pre-competition warm-ups.
• For injury prevention.
• To strengthen muscle groups in strength training.

Resistance intensities:

In each model you can find the kg of resistance that they offer at 50% and 100% of their elongation (resistance is shown as X kg at 50% / X kg at 100% kg).

• FLEXVIT Mini Rehab Yellow Very Easy (yellow) : Intensity 1 of 6 (low). Resistance 2/6 kg.

Thanks to its low intensity, this rubber can be used in very early processes of rehabilitation programs where mobility work is prioritized over overload work. In addition, it is ideal for the work of shoulder rotators in cases of scapular atrophy and hypomobility.

• FLEXVIT Mini Core Orange Easy (orange): Intensity 2 of 6 (low). Resistance 4/10 kg.

Thanks to its low intensity, this rubber can be used in very early processes of rehabilitation programs where mobility work is prioritized over overload work. Among other uses, we highlight its use as an unstable medium in activation exercises in the deep muscles of the trunk, as well as a step further in its use as a means of rehabilitation in early stages.

• FLEXVIT Mini Prehab Red Medium (red): Intensity 3 of 6 (medium). Resistance 5/12 kg.

Thanks to its medium intensity, this rubber can be used in warm-ups and the beginning of overload work in exercises where the movement is weakened. This band is ideal for the beginning of the gluteus medius strengthening work and scapular stabilization, being interesting also for strengthening the upper body.

• FLEXVIT Mini Athletic Green Stretch Solid (green): Intensity 4 out of 6 (medium-high). Resistance 8/16 kg.

This medium-high intensity rubber is ideal for strengthening work in trained athletes. Its robustness allows it to be used to overload the usual exercises to which the athlete is accustomed, looking for new adaptation stimuli, such as, for example, placing it on the knees for a hip stabilization work when performing a squat exercise.

• FLEXVIT Mini Power Blue Stretch Strong (blue): Intensity 5 of 6 (high). Resistance 10/20 kg.

Large muscle groups and the movements that derive from them must be trained with higher resistance. With this rubber you can overload those movements and exercises in which the athlete presents a good technical execution, being a good stimulus for a complete activation of the exercised muscle, as well as its strengthening.

• FLEXVIT Mini Professional Black Stretch Extreme (black): Intensity 6 of 6 (high). Resistance 16/26 kg.

Ideal resistance for low-speed strength work (aimed at maximum strength) in poorly trained subjects, or a sufficient stimulus to improve some controlled exercises in trained athletes.
