Thera-Band FlexBar is a flexible, durable strength bar with a ribbed surface for better grip during use.

It is used to improve grip strength and stabilization of the upper limb by bending, twisting, or swinging.

Studies have shown its effectiveness in the case of tennis elbow, offering an economical, but effective treatment that does not require treatment with injections or the availability of expensive equipment.

Thera-Band FlexBar is 30cm long and made from dry natural rubber. It is available in 4 levels of progressive resistance to match the capacity and evolution of each user.

To be able to bend the Thera-Band Flexbar into a U-shape, the following tension force must be applied in Kg:
