Characteristics:

Usage:

• High Bars: With arms fully extended, grasp the bar with both hands and raise your body by bending your arms until your chin is higher than the bar you are hanging on. Finish by extending your arms back out.
• Low Bar: Lie on your back with your legs extended and gripping the bar. Pull the bar close to your chest, bending your arms.

Caution:

• Consult your doctor before perform this exercise. Avoid excessive effort when using the equipment.
