Arnica properties, what is it?

Arnica is a yellow flower similar to daisies of European and southern origin that grows wild in the mountains. Its smell is similar to that of chamomile. It is also known as mountain tobacco and has always been used in folk medicine for its very beneficial effects on muscles and skin.
