  • Hardened surgical steel, greater hardness and high resistance. Get a longer duration of sharpening, for multiple insertions.
  • Presentation: Box of 100 units
  • Dry Puncture Needle 0.30 x 75 mm with Guide (100)
  • Uses a Class I, Type II Steel *

* Note: The measurements of the needles are expressed in millimeters. The first digit indicates the thickness and the second the length.

Differences with traditional needles

* Steel class I, type II

Surgical Steel is a variation of steel that is commonly made up of an alloy of chromium (12–20%), molybdenum (0.2–3%), and sometimes nickel (8–12%).

  • Chromium gives this metal its resistance to wear and corrosion.
  • Nickel gives a smooth, polished finish.
  • Molybdenum makes it harder and helps keep the edge sharp.

High Strength Surgical Stainless Steel 17-4 tends to have a moly composition of 2% instead of the 0.8% found in classic acupuncture needles. Due to the high cost of this material, it is normally used in low proportions so as not to make the products more expensive, in our case the concentration is highly increased to achieve the desired effects. (Improves the duration of sharpening, sharpening more precision)
