- With more than 100cm squares of 2a Piel ®

How to use 2nd Skin Spenco
Choose the desired modality (jar of squares or circles), remove the protective sheet and apply directly on the blister or scratch. Then cover with an Adhesive Knit Spenco dressing (included in the Dressing Kit) to fix it. These sheets will absorb dirt from the wound while promoting its healing. Available Dressing Kit, which includes a hydrogel dressing and Adhesive Knit sheets.
